The popularity of ‘Mermaiding’
is at an all time high, and more travel consumers are requesting Mermaid themed activities such as organized pool activities, event appearances, and professional photo sessions. 

In business since 2012, Mermaids on Maui is an expert in providing these turnkey experiences to resort guests on Maui, and have tailored our Resort Activities Program to meet the specific needs of this travel demographic.  Our experience in operating this program for other properties has allowed us to craft not only a curriculum that both children, and parents love - but also one that provides the best possible experience for the host resort!

Mermaid University / Mano University (hosted in your resort pool):
Twice ranked as one of the ‘Most Fintastic’ Mermaid Schools in the country, our weekly Mermaid and Mano University pool adventure is considered Maui’s premier mermaid resort activity. Children aged 4+ are magically transformed into Mermaids, Mermen, or Mano’s using professional grade tails, tops, fins, and swim blades - and then led on a choreographed underwater adventure using pool safe props and accessories to simulate coral reefs, caves, and marine life! Package and pricing options allow for the student to rent equipment, or keep brand new equipment at the end of class ($110 value). All pool classes have two attendants: a mermaid, and a swim instructor - both carry Advance First Aid Certifications, Emergency First Responder Certifications, and are PADI Certified Divers.

Mermaid Photography (onsite or offsite):
Maui is well known for both its natural beauty, and its opulent resorts - both of which lend themselves to world class backdrops, and gallery quality images! Our team of professional photographers shoots only top of the line Canon cameras and lenses, with Ikelite underwater housings and strobes - and have over 30 years of experience shooting beach photography and underwater photography in Maui. With literally millions of shots on our roll, we have learned a thing or two about capturing, and editing the environments we’ll be shooting in. Photo sessions can be staged on your resort property, or offsite - and we offer a wide variety of individual and group packages for guests to choose from. Gallery quality digital images are delivered to guests within 1 week, and one re-edit is allowed. It is not our goal to compete with any existing in-house, or contract photography programs you may already have - and we accept only bookings who have requested a mermaid theme for their session.

Models and Mermaid Appearances (available for resort events):
From kids to adults, everyone loves a mermaid! Most of our Mermaids come from strong modeling backgrounds, and are very experienced in working resort functions in a wide range of capacities. We can provide up to a dozen fully costumed, professional mermaids for resort events, or for private guest bookings - and are an amazing addition to any ocean themed party!Available services are:

What you can expect from us:

1. We will coordinate programs, and pricing with input from your Concierge team.

2. We will provide your Concierge team with high quality digital marketing for distribution through resort channels - and we will never advertise on your property, or solicit your guests. (digital photo / video, and print)

3. Mermaids on Maui is properly licensed, permitted, and insured to provide each of the services described herein - and are very proud of our 100% SAFETY RECORD over 7 years!! Each of our employees maintains current Advance First Aid Certifications, Emergency First Responder Certifications, and are PADI Certified Divers. Additionally, we maintain a $2 million General Liability Policy to service the needs of our resort partners.

4. We will never solicit, or accept payment for our services from your guests. All bookings and payments must go through your Concierge Department, or Guest Activities staff. Within 48hrs of services rendered we will submit a Net 30 invoice to your Accounting Department. (minus the pre-negotiated resort fee)

5. You can expect us to provide your guests with the same world class service they have come to expect from your property.  You will find us to be dependable, consistent, transparent, and quick to respond to the needs of your guests, or your Concierge team.

6. Programs and pricing are exclusive to guests of your resort.
